豆丁（张力夫 饰）勇敢且自信，他周围有一帮喜欢滑轮的伙伴，每天在固定的地盘上玩耍。不料好景不长，善骑飞车的大王（赵佳琪 饰）呼啸而至，成了这儿的新主人，与其叫板的豆丁最终甘败下风。伙伴们跟随了强势的大王，连最好的朋友凯文（齐子修 饰）也离他而去，这令豆丁倍感孤独。临近六一，学校要组织滑轮比赛，豆丁有幸被选中，与此同时妈妈（董晓燕 饰）告诉他，六一节好友小兰（柳思涛 饰）要来北京玩，豆丁闻讯非常高兴，他还见到了不少港台明星。比赛开始后，自信的豆丁赢得了大王的尊重，凯文和帅帅重新出现在滑轮队。比赛結束后，豆丁与小兰在大海中嬉戏，他们決心从浅蓝游向深蓝......
