大飞（方帅饰）是一名平淡无奇的大学生，拥有一副在他的国度中被鄙视的大男人相貌，但他好兄弟的妹妹人称女汉子的胡波（金宁饰）一直在暗恋他，但大飞暗恋新转学的林京子（钟丽丽饰），大飞在一次躲避胡波的表白时不小心闯进了神秘人的实验室并被抓走注射了神秘液体，胡波及时赶到将大飞救出实验室。在逃跑中，大飞的身体发生了性别的变化，胡波只能将他带回家照顾他。大飞变成女人的身体后，内心还是男人，他还是喜欢京子，但此时京子已经成为了学校有名富二代王羽聪（孔奇力饰）的女朋友。在偷听王羽聪的谈话后，大飞利用自己变化后的身份成功解救了京子并发现了惊天大阴谋。最后，大飞和胡波兄妹两人一起成功破坏了王羽聪的计划，解救了全城的人。
