《谎言堂 House of Lies》演员Kristen Bell和《网络犯罪调查 CSI: Cyber》演员Ted Danson将参演Mike Schur创作的NBC直接预订成剧的13集喜剧《Good Place》。
Bell在本剧中的出演并不意味着她将离开Showtime的喜剧，相反正是因为她在《谎言堂 House of Lies》中的精彩演出才让她有机会出演本剧，因此她并不会顾此失彼。
