阿莱姆达尔（内贾蒂·萨斯马兹 Necati Sasmaz 饰）是一位机智而又神勇的土耳其特工，某日，他收到了朋友的遗书，遗书中，朋友控诉了自己曾经遭到美国特工头目马歇尔（比利·赞恩 Billy Zane 饰）的非人对待，阿莱姆达尔发誓要为朋友报仇雪恨。 就这样，阿莱姆达尔来到了混乱的伊拉克北部，在这里，马歇尔控制并作为独裁者统治着他的占领区。马歇尔的专横和草菅人命激怒了当地的居民，然而他们的肉身却不断的破碎在无情的子弹之下，阿莱姆达尔的到来给当地人带来了一线的希望，很快，阿莱姆达尔便有了追随者，势力渐渐壮大。马歇尔不仅滥杀无辜，还联手监狱里的医生经营着非法贩卖器官的勾当，面对错综复杂的权利和强大的对手，阿莱姆达尔最终能否带领人民走向自由呢？
