阿森和阿祥一对兄弟靠着小聪明在整蛊界还算小有名气，收钱整人。被某富商看重，富商让阿森和阿祥去一条街道（欢乐里）捣蛋，目的是找到自己的女儿。富商怀疑自己的女儿就在欢乐里，被整蛊高手控制了起来。所以才让阿森和阿祥两人去。事后会有丰厚的酬金。阿森、阿祥接到任务之后就前往欢乐里，可是在欢乐里却遇到了丑女阿珍，阿珍擅长整蛊，两人遇到了对手，频频失误，最后阿森和阿祥不得不使出苦肉计。阿玲与阿祥因此产生了感情，阿森和阿珍之间也发生了微妙的变化。可是在规定的日期内阿森、阿祥还没有完成任务，马上要支付巨额违约金。其实阿森早就发现其实阿珍就是富商的女儿，可是富商背后却隐藏了别的目的。\r\n最后为了保护欢乐里，与富商对抗，四人齐心打败了日本整蛊势力。四人最后都收获了各自的爱情。
