安瓦尔是一位单亲爸爸，为扶养儿子沙哈泽德，他可以倾其所有。
若米斯居住在杜尚别，生活十分艰苦，但他是个非常容易相处的人。若米斯发现自己患有心脏病，仅剩下几个月而已。在命运的驱使下，若米斯杀死沙哈泽德。
儿子死后，安瓦尔的生活发生了翻天覆地的变化，但人生总是会充满不可思议。安瓦尔很快发现沙哈泽德的心脏被移植给了若米斯，他让自己相信他的儿子的一部分还活着，并且相信儿子可以通过若米斯继续活在世上。若米斯开始不由自主地亲近安瓦尔，不知道是因为心脏的原因还是因为他从小是个孤儿，从未感受过父爱。他逃过了死亡，但是他逃不过因为过去所作所为产生的负罪感。
