西门庆（金城武 饰）、金毛强（罗百吉 饰）和处男辉（苏有朋 饰）虽为感情十分要好的死党，但对爱情的态度却截然不同。纯情的西门庆爱上了名为阿音（朱茵 饰）的美丽女孩，然而，让西门庆没有想到的是，自己第一个喜欢上的女孩，其真实身份居然是自己同父异母的妹妹。 尽管西门庆和阿音在职场上有着诸多的争吵，但西门庆心中对于阿音的感情却越来越深。然而，阿音喜欢的却是她的上司，可她并不知道上司早已经有了家室，而自己在不知不觉之中成为了第三者。西门庆和处男辉将事情的真相告诉了阿音，阿音伤心欲绝，就在此时，风流成性的金毛强企图乘虚而入，向阿音展开了热烈的攻势。
