1990年のデビューから歌手活動30年を越え、男性ソロアーティスト総CD売上げ歴代No.1の記録を持つなど、名実ともに日本を代表するアーティスト?福山雅治が、2023年夏に開催した「言霊の幸（さき）わう夏 @NIPPON BUDOKAN 2023」。3年半の時を経て“観客の声”が帰ってきた自身にとっても大切な瞬間を、福山自ら監督を務め映画化。
福山本人が監督を務める本作。ライブの総合演出、映像、音の全てを福山自身が監修。実際のライブを、40台以上のカメラで360°全方位、日本武道館史上初となる、アリーナに観客を入れた状態でのドローン撮影（※）を実施するなどハイクオリティの映像が収録された。
