郑周是中国少林王朝最令人恐惧的战士，他的战斗和武器的技能是有口皆碑。但当他的父母和妹妹被绑架时，他变成了毒品和犯罪的代名词，几乎吞噬了他的生命。香港的臭名昭著的龙黑社会集团和哥伦比亚的最大的毒枭卡特尔，通过精心计划最终在澳大利亚和中国交易了两吨可卡因。但当卡特尔持有一个黑社会家庭成员人质后，他们伙伴关系变坏，黑社会招聘周救那个女孩并杀死哥伦比亚人。周变为国际角逐高科技监控设备、爆炸物、高动力的武器和战斗技能的关键人物。
