《意乱情迷》剧情简介
Polwit和Piwat是同父异母的兄弟，但两人看起来一模一样。Piwat的父母为了挽救即将破产的事业，安排Piwat和Jauring订婚。Jauring家境富裕，拥有一家珠宝公司，但Piwat爱的是当红演员Aom。一天，Piwat载着Aom在路上疾驶发生车祸，Piwat失明了。Piwat的母亲为了让婚礼顺利进行，安排Piwat和Polwit交换身份，让Polwit代替Piwat完成婚礼，而Piwat去Polwit的农场静养。
Polwit变成Piwat，他爱上了Jauring，但Jauring毫不在乎；而Piwat变得很消沉，脾气很不好。在Aom的帮助下，Polwit试着赢得Jauring的心；住在农场的Piwat和Polwit的死对头Dao成了好朋友。渐渐地，Piwat和Dao坠入爱河，但Dao不知道她爱上的人不是Polwit，而是Piwat；P...
