少女思佳遭遇连环杀人犯迷晕后被绑架，醒来后的她发现自己被困汽车后备箱中，惊慌之下她急忙拨通了110，本以为有了一线生机的她却陷入各种危机之中。狡猾的嫌疑犯伪造车牌，并在逃跑途中残忍地杀害了好心司机和加油员，杀人如麻的恶魔本性彻底爆发出来，一切动向都指向思佳。生命在死亡倒计时……另一边报警中心接到思佳的求救电话，曹岚立即与身处后备箱中的少女思佳展开营救连线，紧张简练的对话交流中，曹岚抽丝剥茧迅速分析出有用的破案信息，一场智慧与时间的赛跑、正义与邪恶的较量最终以思佳被顺利解救，罪犯落网而落下帷幕！
