伊戈尔·克列姆涅夫——俄罗斯情报局特工人员。最近以来，他在哥伦比亚的行动连续失败，他所指挥的人员全部牺牲。人们纷纷指责克列姆涅夫的这一悲剧事件，克列姆涅夫被降为一名普通情报人员。然而他的不幸并没有结束。俄罗斯石油大亨索尔金被控偷税漏税和企图颠覆政府，内政部派出克列姆涅夫到欧洲缉拿索尔金的助手米哈伊尔·谢里克，因为只有他手上掌握可以判索尔金入狱的关键证据，而这也是索尔金最怕的。想抓获谢里克的不仅仅有俄罗斯情报局，还有索尔今本人以及西方强大的犯罪组织。\r 这一次的任务看似简单并且安全，但是哥伦比亚的悲剧再次上演，他的战友全部遇难。因为消息走漏，克列姆涅夫在行动中虽然抓到了谢里克，但随行人员全部遇难，而且克列姆涅夫的秘密掩护所也遭到神秘武装分子的袭击，他意识到问题的严重，一定是自己内部出了内奸，把消息透露给了索尔金的人马，无奈之下，他不得不自己护送米克海尔回国受审……
