甲午战败，丧权辱国的《马关条约》签订后，日本尝到甜头，又想武力强占东沙群岛，进而吞并西沙群岛、南沙群岛军机大臣张之洞坚决主战，并以钦差大臣的身份前往广州整军备战，于是成为日本人的眼中钉。日本人知道以慈禧为首的大清当权派根本不敢再战，怎奈民怨沸腾，才态度暧昧，放任张之洞便宜从事。因此他们想摆平张之洞，又不敢明目张胆的自己动手，怕激起更大的民愤，到时清廷不想战也得战了。于是以服部一郎、川岛雪姬为首的日本杀手秘密组织——神奈社，买通白莲教，抓走张之洞大人。黄飞鸿和他的徒弟们以身犯险查询线索、开始了营救张之洞之路，慢慢揭开了日本人的阴谋······
