江湖中人称“鬼刀”的柳一刀，为了给妹妹小飘医治伤病，不惜隐退江湖四处造访名医妖族以金蟾子和蛇女为首，想要统治天下欲将黑龙复活，为了提升自身的修为，不断的危害人间。锦鲤“小娈”误入人间被人妖阁捉走，柳一刀为了收取钱财将其救出，后得知原来小娈便是黑龙转世。此时的妖族也打探到小娈的消息，想要将其据为己有召唤黑龙。柳一刀在保护小娈的过程中，二人互生情愫，小飘原本不接受小娈的到来，慢慢的二人也成为了好朋友。
