《人间大炮2》讲述了东北农村一个立志出人头地的“有为青年”大炮，阴差阳错的化解了一场微小的战事，却也无意中放走了日军的一名化学武器专家。在接受到爱国人士教育之后，大炮同爱国人士一起展开了一次针对日本化学武器专家的斩首行动的故事。
为了顺利完婚，大炮究竟会如何逃出警方的控制，又是如何化解战事，同爱国人士一起打击日本化学武器专家的呢?一切的答案都在影片中。
