米西和罗比是一对父子。米西是一个成功的律师，在公司里叱咤风云，在家中却不是一个合格的爸爸。罗比是一个小学生，自从母亲去世后他和父亲的关系便逐渐疏远，两人常常一言不合就吵架。在圣诞节前夕，两人收到了一个神秘礼物——能实现任何愿望的玩具小熊。正当父子争吵的时候，爸爸说了一句气话“如果能跟你换个身份，每日轻轻松松多好！”。可这句气话马上成为了现实。父子瞬间互换了身份，从此之后，两人的爆笑生活就开始了。假米西在公司里变成了喝着儿童果汁的大男孩，搞黄了一次又一次的会议；而假罗比在校园里则成了小大人，出口成章，让小伙伴们惊叹不已……
