第一部讲述四个60多岁的老年闺蜜在读了《五十度灰》后焕发第N春，陷入爱情的浪漫。这次故事设定在意大利，姐妹们一起展开一趟一生难忘的异国旅程。而当事情偏离轨道并曝光秘密后，她们轻松的假期变成了千载难逢的冒险。
