《牛头不对马嘴》剧情简介
石屋村新任驻村第一书记马晓丽前往赴任，在当天便遭遇景区负责人牛富贵因旱厕改造与村民发生冲突。马晓丽新官上任本着为民服务的精神顺利解决问题，但却因此与牛财生结下梁子。随后马晓丽与牛财生两人在停车场改建、村内殡葬改革、猕猴桃滞销、景区门票是否收费等诸事上理念与利益上冲突不断。身为驻村第一书记的马晓丽在一系列事件冲突中充分发挥一名优秀党员的智慧和素养，与牛富贵斗智斗勇，斡旋于牛富贵、景区、村民之间，既确保了普通百姓和景区的利益，也对有着人性小缺点却本质不坏的牛财生宽容以待，最终用实际行动将牛财生感化，两人握手言和，一同为村民百姓谋福利共发展。
