《五美元过一天》剧情简介
最让奈特（克里斯托弗·沃肯 Christopher Walken 饰）感到自豪的无疑是他那得天独厚的悭钱本领了，“五美元就能过一天”是他经常挂在嘴边的座右铭。令奈特感到万分遗憾的是他和儿子弗林（亚历桑德罗·尼沃拉 Alessandro Nivola 饰）之间的关系，除了“降到了冰点以下”外也找不到别的语句来形容了。一次不期而至的疾病让奈特打起了和弗林重修旧好的念头，无独有偶，此刻的弗林也正在经历他的人生低谷，就这样，两个郁闷的男人开着一辆破车踏上了求医之路。
一路上，奈特充分的贯彻了自己的人生原则——能省则省，这让弗林感到无法忍受，而在一连串的冲突和误会之间，父子二人的关系也渐渐的热络了起来。
