上一季完结时，Vic已经已经到了绝境的边缘；由于Shane需要亚美尼亚黑帮的帮助，全盘脱出了他们抢劫黑帮运钞车的内幕，使得Vic的家人遭到亚美尼亚黑帮追杀；自己也面临的最终委员会的审查，职位不保。却发现了最后一颗救命稻草，墨西哥黑帮势力的入侵使得Vic和Aceveda再次走到一起，并意外获得了一箱子墨西哥黑帮控制的公司Pezuela收集的法明顿地区高级干部的内幕。
