以下来自FRTV：http://1000fr.com/thread-283864-1-1.html 最多人收看的舞蹈選秀節目,最大型的真人秀《美國偶像》的姐妹秀：《舞林爭霸》，又要＂瘋迷＂全世界！由英國美女主持人Cat Deeley主持的本節目，已經進行到第四個季度了，從街頭嘻哈到交際舞，各種舞蹈都有機會在本節目上演出。每位參賽選手都是由節目所評選出來的，不論是從無名小卒到世界舞王。每位參賽者都要努力通過每次的評選，在節目中，會有各式各樣的舞蹈類型出現，更要與其他選手合作來訓練自己的能力。製片人將走訪紐約、芝加哥、洛杉磯和亞特蘭大，尋找最能代表美國節拍的舞者。那些在面試中使評委眼前一亮的天才舞者將進入第二輪選拔，與頂尖的編舞人員合作。在為期一週的第二輪選拔中，評委們將選出前20位選手進入下一輪比賽。
