塞巴斯蒂安（巴普蒂斯特·勒卡普兰 饰）生命中只有一个心愿：什么也不做。他的世界，就是他的沙发。他并不想维持生活，只想发呆。但今天，如果你什么也不做，那你什么也不是。塞巴斯蒂安的两个室友安娜（夏洛特·勒·邦 饰）和布鲁诺（费利克斯·莫阿蒂 饰）则不断地做 实习打零工，在室友的影响下，塞巴斯蒂安不得不做一点事来改变现状……
