《执法者》剧情简介
便衣警探容天鹏和李威嫉恶如仇，二人着手调查一宗串谋五十一名非法入境者进入香港境域的案件他们找到三名嫌疑犯，可是幕后主谋陈振东是社会名流，有财有势。他派杀手吴滔干掉控方证人，又雇用律师宋万年替疑犯脱罪。警方找到吴滔杀人的凶器，陈振东又用钱找人替吴滔顶罪，还贿赂了警司严平及阿叔。容，李二人努力追查，终于揭发严平罪行。此时吴滔奉命杀阿叔和容天鹏，还陷害李威。李威怒杀吴滔，最后与陈振东同为于尽。
