施工队盲目开发未知岛屿，惊动了岛上的两大凶悍生物惨遭团灭。而利欲熏心的开发商，竟组局邀请众人在老司机张扬（罗立群 饰）的带领下登岛探秘，单身妈妈肖楠（陈紫函 饰）带着儿子小凯亦加入了这场冒险之旅。远古荒岛上，自然界最残酷的弱肉强食丛林法则，不断刷新众人的认知。一场血腥的王者对决，逐渐拉开帷幕！
