一名警方特勤人员韩啸在一个涉黑集团做卧底，集团元老斩崩刀绑架富二代招来特警队围剿，以斩崩刀为首的劫匪皆被击毙。韩啸死里逃生引起魏哥怀疑，魏哥将韩啸抓来进行严刑拷问，韩啸发挥影帝演技和聪明才智与魏哥博弈，努力洗掉嫌疑，获得魏哥信任，继续卧底涉黑集团……
